My Favorite Form of Exercise

Those of you fun friends who know me well, know that a couple years ago, I got onto a health kick where I enjoy being brutalized by treadmills and bicycles and on one memorable occasion, a set of free weights.  So, yes, I do love me some exercise, whether it's cardio, yoga, pilates or just a go old run to nowhere with Norm the NordicTrack.

That said, there hasn't been much of any kind of healthy activities during the Era of Karla Falling Off the Face of the Interwebz.

But!

I did learn one thing.  My favorite form of exercise is the marathon.  On the Netflix, of course.




Over the last couple months, I've reconnected with old favorites, like That 70's Show, X-Files, Fringe and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia while discovering a whole host of fun new friends and adventures.  Lost Girl, White Collar, Being Human (both US and UK verisons), and Orange is the New Black have become my new obsessions. 

Not to mention the movies.  Yes, friends, I think it's safe to say I love my Netflix.

Do you even know how many marathons I've completed recently.  It's impressive, I tell you.  IMPRESSIVE.
